This week we are offering 3 types of Tacos; Barbacoa, Chipotle chicken and Cheese Tacos.
- Option 1 is Barbacoa Tacos. This style of taco is named after the way the taco was cooked; in a barbacoa pit. Traditionally, barbacoa tacos that are made from lamb slow roasted in a pit dug into the ground. After cooking for hours, the meat becomes tender, easy to shred for taco meat, and acquires the unique and delicious earthy/smokey taste that made this kind of tacos famous. - Option 2 is Chipotle Chicken Tacos. Chipotle is a type of dry Mexican Jalapeno that made into a Chipotle Salsa with Chicken and potato.
- Option 3 is 2 types of melted Cheeses and mushroom Tacos with cooked onions and Salsa (V).
Each order comes with 4 Tacos and seperate Salsa.
