This week, we are offering Chicken, Chorizo and Potato sopes!

What are Mexican Sopes? Sopes have a thin corn base and originate from central Mexico. They spread in popularity and are found all over the country in different sizes and under various names.

Sopes are usually about half an inch thick and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and topped with Mexican fried beans.

You can add different different toppings onto sopes.

We are offering 3 different topings:

Firstly we are offering Chicken sopes, layered in cheese, cream and topped with lettuce.

Secondly, we are offering Chorizo and potato sopes, layered in cheese, cream and topped in lettuce.

Lastly, we have the vegatarian option of Potato, chese, cream and lettuce.

All orders come with 3 sopes, salsa and a side of rice.

We are also offering a desert of Sweetcorn cake, a delicious, sweet cake made from sweetcorn and biscuit.
