This week, we are cooking Tacos de Cochinitas and vegetarian Fajitas.

Tacos de Cochinita are Tacos made from marinated pork that is slow-roasted with orange to give the pork a tangy flavour. The Tacos are then layered with purple onion (Cooked with lemon) and peppers.

Our vegetarian Fajitas are made from sliced, cooked peppers, avocado and onion.

We are also offering Guacamole (With tortilla chips) as a side, and a desert of sweetcorn cake!
