This Friday, we are cooking authentic Mexican Tacos!
You cannot talk of Mexico, without speaking of Tacos! they are a fundamental part of Mexican Cuisine. So much so, that Netflix even made a documentary on them!
Tacos are generally made with a corn tortilla as the base. Afterwards, there are nearly an infinite amount of toppings to choose from! We are offering 3 different options.
The first option is Chicken with Achiote. Achiote is a blend of Spices and herbs used all across Mexican cuisine that gives tacos an extra flavour. The tacos are then layered with coriander and onion.
The second option is chorizo with potato. These are tacos with Mexican chorizo and potato that are also layered with coriander and onion.
The third option is Rajas tacos. Rajas are strips of non-spicy peppers, imported from mexico, and cooked with onion, sweetcorn and cream. (V)
We also offer a One of each option. This comes with one from every option as well as an extra Chorizo and potato taco.
Each order comes with 4 Tacos. Salsa, coriander and onion will come separate.
