This week, we have for you, Tacos de Suadero (Beef brisket Tacos), Fish Tacos and Courgette Tacos.
Tacos de Suadero are made from maize tortilla, filled with Beef brisket and topped with coriander and onion. Our Chef, Vanessa, highly recommends adding a few lemon drops for extra flavour!
Next, we have Fish Tacos. Fish Tacos are made from maize tortilla and breaded Cod strips. This is then topped with coriander and onion.
Lastly, we have our vegetarian option of Courgette Tacos! These consist of Maize tortilla, filled with Courgette slices and again, topped with coriander and onion.
We are also offering Guacamole (With tortilla chips) as a side, and a desert of sweetcorn cake!
