This week, we have for you, Tacos de Mole Negro and Rajas Tacos.
Tacos de Mole Negro are Tacos made with Mole sauce and chicken. Mole sauce is made from different dried peppers, spices, nuts and dark chocolate. Mole has a very particular but delicous taste with hints of sweetness.
The second option are Tacos de Rajas. Rajas are strips of non-spicy peppers, imported from mexico, and cooked with onion, sweetcorn and cream. (V)
