This friday we are cooking authentic Tacos Dorados!
Tacos Dorados are made from a rolled-up tortilla, containing fillings such as chicken, beef and potato. This is then fried for a crispy texture and layered with cream, cheese and lettuce. Tacos Dorados are a staple of Mexican food and come very highly recomended by our chef Vanessa.
The first option is Tacos with a filling of chicken, layered in cream, chese and lettuce and served with a side of Mexican red rice.
The sceond, vegatarian, option is Tacos with a filling of potatos, layered in cream, chese and lettuce and served with a side of Mexican red rice.
We are also offering a desert of Tres leches cake! (Milk cake). Tres leches cake is a spongecake made with 3 types of milk and with Advocaat (A dutch drink made from eggs, sugar and brandy).
Orders come with 4 tacos and a side of Red rice and salsa on the side.
